On this page the WCFB presents pictures of our Support trailers and containers. This equipment is used at major incidents and when special (large scale) assistance is needed.
Special assistance can be needed at vehicle accidents, major fires, car in the water, drownings, railroad and chemical hazards. etc. etc.
The WCFB has 8 trailers and 13 containers. (not all trailers are listed at this time)

Trailer 76-111
This trailer carries a lot off extra equipment to large incidents or fires and is stationed at HQ. It is also fitted with a large pump, to transport water over long distances. The trailer can be positioned on it's own at a large open-water, miles away from the actual fire and because of it's large capacity, pump the water to that destination.
This unit will be replaced by a container like the 76-131.

Trailer 76-112
This trailer is actually a large pump on wheels and is used to transport water over long distances. The trailer can be positioned on it's own at a large open-water, miles away from the actual fire and because of it's large capacity, pump the water to that destination.

Trailer 76-113
This former folding crane trailer, is now in function as a General support trailer, fitted with a large power-generator set which is also fitted with a hydraulic pump. The trailer can be towed to large rescues/incidents and /or fires, where extra power supply and/or hydraulics are needed. It carries a wide range of special rescue gear like hydraulic jacks/cutters/spreaders, light units, fans, extended electrical cables etc. etc.

Trailer 76-114
This trailer is an extending light-mast. The generator can run for hours, so the unit is self-supporting. The mast can be raised to 28 meters and has 2 light units, which can be positioned independently.

Trailer 76-115
This is a boat-trailer and is used to transport boats like the 76-205 to their destination. It can be driven into the water and release the boat and pick it up with the winch, mounted on the front of the trailer.
This trailer is towed by the 76-53.

Trailer 76-116
This 2-axle -lighting plant-trailer is a modified version of unit 76-114. The generator can run for hours, so the unit is self-supporting. The mast can be raised to 28 meters and has 2 light units, which can be positioned independently.
Extra power outlets are mounted on the rear, for use of external electrical equipment.

Container 76-130
This container is carried by the container trucks to its destination. It can be placed on the ground for easy access and the container truck can pick up another unit.
The 76-130 carries a lot of equipment for divers and is mainly used for divers-support. In two separate compartments it carries divers-equipment and general equipment and t the rear are controls for the onboard generator and underwater-video support.

Container 76-137
This container is carried by the container trucks to it's destination. It can be placed on the ground for easy access and the container truck can pick up another unit.
The 76-137 is a Hazardous materials unit, fitted with special equipment and protection suits for dealing with hazardous materials/fires and chemical spills.
It has a shower, to clean firefighters and a small generator with water pump to feed this shower and the lighting unit on top.

Container 76-138
This container is carried by the container trucks, instead of being placed on the ground, this unit stays on the truck.
The 76-138 is a large foam-unit with a foam-gun mounted on top. This unit is used for chemical accidents or spills and for large incidents at the Airport or Harbour. The foam-gun can be controlled from the cab of the carrier, by remote control.

Container 76-139
This container is carried by the container trucks, instead of being placed on the ground, this unit stays on the truck.
The 76-139 is a large water/foam-unit with a water/foam-gun mounted on top. This unit is newer and has more functions than the 76-138 and is used for chemical accidents or spills, large incidents at the Airport or Harbour. The foam-gun can be controlled from the cab of the carrier, by remote control.
Also has this unit 2 storage compartments and a high-pressure water hose.

The 76-141 is a mobile booster-pump with it's own generator and thus self-supporting. It can run for hours and is used to boost the pressure in the line over a long length. The small storage compartment contains some tools and connection hoses.
