Ladder and snorkel trucks are an important factor in the WCFB.
These vehicles are called out to rescues from high places and to major incidents.
At this point, the WCFB has 4 main ladders and 2 snorkels.
Snorkel squad 76-81
WCFB snorkel squad is used for rescues and fires in high locations, Ambulance assistance and other emergency related situations, where this truck is needed. Because of it's age, this truck is on second call.

Ladder truck 76-86
Our newest addition to the fleet, an American build 3-axled ladder truck, with steering rear axle. This truck will be used for rescues and fires on very high locations. The maximum range is an astounding 57 meter. A nozzle is fitted on the top of the ladder which can be fed from the trucks own water tanks, carrying up to 1500lt. water. Several light units have been mounted on the ladder aswell. This unit can also be used for large fires to spray water from above onto the fire.

Ladder truck 76-87
Tractor drawn ladder, also from American fabrication. This truck is second to respond to very high rescues and/or fires.
